Cranberry & Brie Bites

This appetizer assembles in minutes and bakes up to puffy perfection.

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry thawed
  • 4 oz Brie cut into 24 cubes
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 tsp rosemary finely chopped
  • flaked salt we recommend Maldon

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray mini muffin pan with non-stick spray.
  • Gently roll out sheet of thawed puff pastry and cut into 24 squares. Place one square into each muffin cup then add a cube of Brie. Top each with about 1 Tbsp of cranberry sauce.
  • Place the muffin tin on a baking sheet to catch any spills. Bake for about 20 mins until the puff pastry is golden brown. Sprinkle with rosemary and flaked salt and allow to cool for a few mins before removing from pan. Serve warm.
