This appetizer has been a staple in our family for years! With only three ingredients, it’s a simple to make, but it hits all the notes – sweet and salty, creamy and crunchy – plus it looks festive with deep red and light green.

Ingredients
6 oz goat cheese
3 Tbsp dried cranberries
3 Tbsp shelled pistachios
Roughly chop dried cranberries and shelled pistachios. On a large cutting board, mix cranberries and pistachios then gently roll the goat cheese in the mixture covering the outside. Serve on a platter with crackers. For 10 oz goat cheese, use 4 Tbsp each of cranberries and pistachios; for 4 oz, use 2 Tbsp each.
Cranberry & Pistachio Goat Cheese is great on its own or incorporated in a cheese board. We love to serve with rosemary crackers for an extra festive touch. This is a great appetizer to make ahead or bring with you to someone’s house. Just wrap in plastic wrap, and you’re ready to go!
